When skin is damaged bacteria enter the body though the bloodstream. When the damage done to the skin is deceted white blood cells secrete histamine. Stimulated by histamine the blood vessels dilate causing increased blood flow to the damaged area, allowing more white blood cells to flow to the area. This also creates an increase in temperature and swelling. Heat also stimulates the white blood cells and also creates a less welcoming environment for pathogens. This communication between different cells of the immune system allows organisms to effectively destroy foreign invaders.
When the concentration of glucose rises in the blood beta cells secrete insulin into the blood. Insulin stimulates the liver and other body cells causing them to absorb more glucose. The liver and muscle cells than convert the glucose into glycogen, which later is used to make ATP; some of the glucose is also turned into fat.

Working at staples is like going to a dumbass marathon... Some old hag yelled at me because she thought some pens should cost 2 dollars instead of 3, so i just took a dollar out of my pocket and gave it to her... she than decided to do what women do best: whine and bitch (haha jk...) and started to complain about somthing else. Little did she know that she was mouthing off to winthrop... the badass of hendrick hudson. Tired of her shit i took her cane out from under her and beat her denchers right out of her mouth... haha you just got owned you dopey twat.
Well anyways... im sending out my college applications real soon i definatly wanna be a teacher, doctor (dunno which feild), or an ecologist. I also got my recomendations from mr kearney dr rogers and mrs williams. I also have to make sure im registered with the Cherokee Indian Tribe before June so i can get finacial aid.
I have to go finish my homework peace.

Today i almost got fired after the store closed we had shopping cart races.. i started running holding a shopping cart and i crashed into display stand sending boxes of computer parts flying nearly killing myself and my coworker.

Some woman walked into staples today and started bitching and whining to me about something i didnt even do... so that was when i jumped over the counter and clotheslined her, than i stuffed her little 4 year old kid into a packing box and launched it into the next isle! I didnt do that but i wanted to so bad.

I just played a game of Halo 2 and i got a fucking killmonjaro!!!!! BTW for all you n00bs who cant understand what that is, that 12 kills in 24 seconds with the sniper rifle/ beam rifle. That got me so freekin pumped that i had to run next door and kick my neighbor's dog just to burn off all off all of that testesterone induced energy!!!!!! ... i am god... i rock... im going to bed goodnight

Some dumb bitch was hitting on me in staples today ( work there now if you guys dont know)... not only would i never "tap that" but she was also like 40 years old... seirously woman im not Ashton Kutcher and thats not legal... so when i cashed her out, she asked for my phone number i had the pleasure of holding my hand out and saying "DENIED!!!!!"... oh boy i crack myself up
